The Job!
As a National Recruiter (IT Recruiter), you will be an active team player who uses your strong negotiation and decision making skills to communicate with professional consultants, account managers and fellow recruiters. Your objective is to find right-fit candidates for our clients. Meeting face-2-face with every person you add to your candidate-network will help you quickly identify your best-fit consultants and match them to your most relevant job-openings. Excellent problem solving abilities, a strong sense of urgency, and your ability to build relationships will determine your success.
No Experience? No Problem!
